Purpose of collection

We process personal information to provide appointment requests, online consultation, AI consultation summaries, patient identification, service operation, security, and optional event information when consent is given.

Items and retention

Collected items may include name, mobile phone number, area of interest, chat logs, voice consultation transcripts, service usage records, IP address, and visit time. AI consultation records are generally deleted automatically after 30 days; anonymized service-improvement data may be retained for up to 90 days when consent is given.

Processing and overseas transfer

Some services may be processed by cloud, AI, database, or SMS vendors located in or outside Korea. Required consent is obtained where applicable under Korean privacy law.

AI processing notice

AI consultation results are generated automatically and do not replace medical judgment. They must not be used as the basis for diagnosis, prescription, emergency care, or final procedure decisions.

User rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing. Some information may be retained where required by law.
